I have found a fantastic resource for my literacy continuum from the DECD, called 'English language & literacy, Birth–Age 8, Planning for learning. It is split into three parts as follows:
Each of the above section also has a large number of examples, so I find it highly practical. These are split into three subsections as follows:
1) Language
2) Texts and Contexts
3) Strategies

Thank you for sharing these fantastic resource. I am trying to development the continuum around the big concepts I had constructed like for literacy I have phonology, gesture, print concept,and receptive language. Although it is different from the DECD developing according to reading, writing, speaking, and listening, this resource gives me a clear model that I can follow up.
